Bio/CV:
Ross Astoria is a '10 graduate of the Berkeley JSP program. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Politics, Philosophy, and Law at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Ross teaches courses in law, policy, and political philosophy and has written climate legislation, and published on international trade law, utility law, and environmental justice. He is currently on sabbatical completing a book on U.S. climate policy. In the book, he deploys various social theories to analyze recent federal and state climate legislation.
