The Center for the Study of Law and Society hosts visiting scholars from across the globe. The Center also hosts fellows in Chinese law and society. This Fellowship is meant to support outstanding Chinese legal scholars and teachers conducting empirical research on the Chinese legal system. In addition, CSLS BELS fellows are doctoral students drawn from a wide range of disciplines across the UC Berkeley campus.
