Joe McGrath

Dr. Joe McGrath is an Irish Research Council Scholar, a Fulbright Scholar, and an Assistant Professor of Law at the Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin, Ireland. His first book, Corporate and White Collar Crime in Ireland: A New Architecture of Regulatory Enforcement, was published by Manchester University Press. He also edited and co-authored White Collar Crime in Ireland: Law and Policy, published by Clarus Press. His third book, co-authored, New Accountability in Financial Services: Changing Individual Behaviour and Culture, was published by Palgrave. He has also published in the leading international, peer-reviewed journals in his fields. These include: Crime, Law and Social Change, the European Journal of Criminology, Justice Quarterly, and Punishment and Society, among others.
